GALE Conference, "Peace as a Global Language"
September 27th - 28th, 2003, Seisen University (Gotanda, Tokyo)

The keynote speakers for Peace as a Global Language 2003 are Spencer Kagan and Mizuho Fukushima. Spencer Kagan has published over 75 scientific books, book chapters, and journal articles focusing on the development of cooperation, cooperative learning, multiple intelligences, social development, cognitive styles and cognitive abilities. Mizuho Fukushima is a human rights lawyer and Parliament member who frequently appears on television.
